This is for anyone over the age of 16 years interested in giving gymnastics a go! You don’t have to have any previous experience, but if you are interested in seeing what your children get up to every week this is the perfect way to find out! It’s a great way to keep fit, lots of fun, and you will work on all the apparatus to your own ability. Learn some gymnastics skills and maybe even gain a few gymnastics badges!!!
All fitness levels welcome – you don’t need to be superfit to join !!!!
Sessions fees are £5.00 Participants will need British Gymnastics Insurance
So come along and get involved – Wickers really is for all the family!
Session Costs
All fees are payable on a half termly basis, without exception - the first session is payable as a one off fee and then fees are to be settled the following week for the rest of the term.
Parking:
We have been allocated parking bays 23,24,25,26 and 27, in the carpark of the Business Centre, but there is plenty of off road parking on the periphery road in front of the unit, and a public car park just round the corner opposite Manhattan Furniture, which is about 2 mins walk to the Unit. After 5pm and at weekends parking should be less of a problem in the unit car park itself.
Please note this a 'no shoes' gym - please ensure all children remove their outdoor shoes once inside the front door
There is a cafe called 'TukTuk' which is just opposite the public car park - it is open till 4pm weekdays and 8am - 11.00am on a Saturday. Also Brooklands Park has a cafe and this is about a 7 minute walk from the unit.Worthing Leisure Centre - Shaftesbury Avenue
